Notes

  1. Completed, signed, and dated Student Application Form by parent and student. (Attached form).
  2. Completed, signed, and dated Letter of Recommendation by a school official. (Attached form).
  3. Application plus administrative fees ($850.00 CAD non-refundable).
  4. Photocopy of Original and Translated School Transcripts form the current year (if applicable) and the last two years (Grades 9-12).
  5. Photocopy of student’s passport or birth certificate.
  6. Custodianship fee: $1000.00 CAD. Interms of your visa rejection, you will receive a full refund of custodianship fee minus $200.00 CAD.
  7. Two Custodianship Declaration documents for students under 18 years of age:
    – Photocopy of notarized parents form (to be prepared in home country).
    – Photocopy of notarized custodian form (to be prepared in Toronto).
  8. Proof of custodian’s status in Canada (one photocopy of the following documents: Canadian Citizenship/Passport/Birth Certificate) (Applicable for students who have family member here).


    After three weeks you will receive notice of Conditional Offer of Acceptance

  9. Tuition fee of $16,000.00 CAD.
  10. Official Letter of Acceptance and Receipt to be issued upon receipt of tuition fee.

 

FEE SCHEDULE

A full tuition fee refund, less the administration plus application fees ($850.00 CAD), will be granted if Citizenship and Immigration Canada does not issue the Study Permit. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:

    1. Copy of the Letter of Rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada
    2. Copy of the Intellexi Learning Academy Official Letter of Acceptance
    3. Copy of the original receipt of tuition payment
    4. A written refund request by the parent with signature including the name and address of the cheque recipient.
      * There will be no refund of the tuition fee in the following circumstances:
      – if the student chooses to withdraw for reasons other than the Study Permit has been denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada
      – if the student is found in violation of school regulations and asked to withdraw from the school

– if false medical information was given and conditions were not disclosed
