• Your registration fee: $16,000.00 CAD for one year
• In order to expedite the admission process, please deposit $ 16,000.00 CAD into Intellexi Learning Academy’s account. It is further to be noted that if the Canadian Embassy refuses to issue you a visa, you will receive a full refund minus the administrative plus application fees ($850.00 CAD).

APPLICATION/ADMINISTRATIVE FEES:      $850.00 CAD      NON-REFUNDABLE

TUITION FEE;
SECONDARY SCHOOL (GRADES 9-12)
Full Year              $16,000.00 CAD      September to January        February to June      Max. 8 courses 

REFUND POLICY FOR TUITION FEE

A full tuition fee refund, less the application/administration fees ($850.00 CAD), will be granted if Citizenship and Immigration Canada does not issue the Study Permit. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:

1. Copy of the Letter of Rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada
2. Copy of the Intellexi Learning Academy Official Letter of Acceptance
3. Copy of the original receipt of tuition payment
4. A written refund request by the parent with signature including the name and address of the cheque recipient.

*There will be no refund of the tuition fee in the following circumstances:

– if the student chooses to withdraw for reasons other than the Study Permit has been denied by Citizenship and Immigration Canada
– if the student is found in violation of school regulations and asked to withdraw from the school. If false medical information was given and conditions were not disclosed

In the event that the student’s immigration status changes during the school year, the parent of the student is to contact the office immediately.
