It is an interesting question. For both courses, after doing the Diagnostic Assessment, we offer each skill (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) separately in order to save your time and money. Down the road, we helped different applicants pass the IELTS / TOEFL exams in 8, 10, 15 & 20 hours (wow!).
